Its been awhile since we last took a look at Siemens new depot at Three Bridges. The depot is spilt into two sites with the main Up Side that also contains the Tillgate sidings next to the Horsham Line. There is also the rather long 36 coach road next to the running lines that capable of taking a 12 car dragging a failed 12 car with ease. Below is a video of the main depot building from the running lines between the site.
Now the other half of the depot site is the Down Side which is smaller in size with CET equipment.
Both sides of the depot have access on the north as well as the south sides of the site as you can see from the videos. The depot is expected to be completed by July next year with 377s testing the track out prior to the arrival of the first 12 car class 700 arrival in August next year ahead of major testing including through the Thameslink Core.
